This course is intended to allow students to understand how to become successful leaders. They will be covering the challenges of leadership, and requiring realignment of values and skills which inspire others to follow, and to act. It details the key skills required to build and lead a team or those required to work within one team. The main areas which will be adressed are leadership, values, motivation, and communication.
