The seminar addresses the fallacy of building the price based on the cost and stresses on the need to set it based on the value of the product/service as the customer perceives it. Selling is a life time job for all individuals, and is not restricted to salespeople.
The seminar explores the selling job, pinpointing that telling is not selling and advocating the need for the salesperson to work on becoming a trusted advisor to his/her client, more than remaining his/her products/services supplier or becoming his/her purchasing consultant.
